Implementation

Our implementation begins with Best Practices sessions between your team and your C2CRM project manager. Discussions are documented and used to outline specific customer requirements. We then formulate a detailed implementation project plan and build a sandbox environment as a working platform to design and implement processes. Data is imported from outside sources and user testing begins, identifying additional field-level customizations before go-live.

Training

We provide customized, role-based training for the life of your contract. Administrator training focuses on technical content, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques. Advanced-User Training educates power users on how best to train others and configure the system as needed. End-User Training focuses on internal business processes by departments and roles.

Support

We offer telephone support daily between the hours of 6am and 6pm Central Time as well as 24×7 email support. Customers may contact us with issues, technical questions, or requests for customizations by calling 972-304-7100 or emailing C2Support@ClearC2.com. We use our own Customer Service module for ticket management. Support documentation is always available online and onsite support can be arranged as needed.
