CRM Support – Professional / Consulting Services
We offer telephone support daily between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm Central Time, as well as 24×7 email support. Customers may contact us with issues, technical questions, or requests for customizations by calling 972-304-7100 or emailing C2Support@ClearC2.com.
We use our Customer Service module for ticket management. Support documentation is always available online, and onsite support can be arranged as needed.
Clear C2 has a unique all-inclusive support model. Upon the Customer’s request, as part of the monthly subscription fees or annual maintenance fee, we will provide the following professional services for ongoing support (free of charge):
- Modifications to forms created during the initial implementation, including adding customer-defined fields and removing existing fields
- The Clear C2 Implementation Team created new forms for the licensed modules. New forms and functionality requiring Clear C2 Development resources will be assigned a cost and require customer approval.
- Keyword modifications
- Adding/changing workflows
- Adding/changing report templates
- Online training of new users
